Nope, as far as I know. Due to the way Mr. Sheriff worded things to me, I was actually under the impression that admitting my role to anyone other than a fellow Bounty, unless I was about to die, would get me punished.
Looks like he just meant if I confessed to the public, since the others are fine even after telling you, but I kept quiet.
