I think that's fair enough. [A deal with the Devil...Percy's made some shady deals in his life and he's done some shady things. This is a little more than usual, but he can absolutely understand such a thing. Secrets are dangerous, but they're really good leverage. His own secrets are why he's here now. He and Hannibal have something in common, and though he doesn't believe they're for the same reasons, he still wonders if anyone will be able to separate the two.
